Rachel St. Leger Hodge is passionate about creating spaces for people to grow and flourish, as well as share their mission with their community. She is the Managing Partner/Director of Operations for Street Light Boutique LLC, a boutique event and multimedia production company which provides event planning, creative direction, audio visual and photography needs for organizations and brands. 

She has leveraged her marketing and event planning experience working with Tommy Boy Music, Vibe Magazine, and LIV Bermuda, as well as her knowledge of school and project based management, to create meaningful events and collaborative spaces throughout the years. She has demonstrated her skills through planning and organizing projects and events within the NYC Department of Education and within the local NYC independent music community.  She is no stranger to high profile events, and her multifaceted events, from conferences, music festivals, weddings, to music videos, have helped her to develop her skills as an event professional. As part of Street Light Boutique LLC, Rachel has worked hard to create and orchestrate multimedia events that bring together communities and organizations, as well as provide entrepreneurs and artists with the framework to see their projects through completion. Through her leadership, Rachel has established Street Light Boutique as a creative house that excels at finding the intersection of entrepreneurship, music, and education. 

Rachel resides in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and two teenage sons. She homeschools her highschool aged children, and maintains a weekly local DJ residency with her husband, in their hometown of Brooklyn. Her passions include orchestrating events, deejaying, and creating music. When she isn’t hard at work, she loves to cook, entertain friends, exercise, travel, and explore NYC for new experiences.
